Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of KiyuOne — the single sign-on identity service operated by Kiyunet Technology ("we", "us") — and your KiyuOne account across the Kiyu family of products, including Kiyudesk and KiyuConnect (together, the "Services").

1. Your account

• A KiyuOne ID is created with your name and a mobile number verified by one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
• One person or business entity per account. Accounts are not transferable.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Services for anything unlawful, deceptive or abusive — including spam, fraud, infringement of others' rights, or attempts to breach or overload our systems.
• Content you store in the Services (invoices, contacts, listings and similar business records) remains yours; you grant us only the licence needed to operate the Services for you.

3. Products, plans and payments

• Individual products in the Kiyu family may offer their own plans, trials and pricing, shown at the point of purchase inside that product. Taxes (including GST) are applied as required by law.
• Where credits (such as Ask Kiyu credits) are offered, they are consumed by usage as described in-product and have no cash value.

4. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for other users. You may stop using the Services at any time; you can request account deletion via the contact page.

5. Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-product or on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
